It’s that time again, the unexpected encounter of player Macaroni Mii and QuintinYT facing off once again in Golf. Although Macaroni didn’t want to participate in the first place, due to his heavy dedication and commitment in Bowling with CenturyBuilder which was halted due to their Online Connection issues, ultimately this caused Quintin and Macaroni to face off once again in Golf Online, under Quintin’s Request.
What do we know? The Information so far…….
The famous Quintin and Macaroni Golf Rivalry is known for being a rare encounter with the Pro Star facing the Level 8 Rookie who have difference experiences in the game. Macaroni is a more focus-lenient player where he takes his time going through the shots carefully. Although he decently gets the shots in correctly and in the cup, sometimes, he messes up.
Macaroni would rebound from his mistakes, only to a slow boost. Quintin has been more professional but has been rushing on his shots, seeing an opening for Macaroni to catch up, as well as last minute mishaps in a close game and openings for Macaroni to take victory. Quintin has only won one game over Macaroni last year after Pars in Macaroni’s score gave Quintin the lock. He won with a -12. Others seeing this as Lucky Stars following the losses from Quintin, Macaroni has always prevailed over Quintin one after one. He won 5 consecutive games after his only loss and was a 5-time defending player, prior to the Online Game played in 02/22/2023.
The webpoll displayed that Macaroni was the biggest favor in the game over Quintin, with a whopping 95% vote in Mac’s favor. Mr B.F.F also felt Macaroni was the best pick as the winner of the game, considering the statistics which included a 5 – 1 Head to Head score (1 which was a Walkover Win in Macaroni’s favor) which is averaged to 83% of Wins to Macaroni. Trying to flop the votes, Quintin knew he had to focus and this time, and attempt to Shock Macaroni with a -14 score, similar to Mr B.F.F’s loss with the same score. Here are the CONDENSED HIGHLIGHTS.
The Highlights. Chip-In Eagles and The Lead Running…..
They take their rivalry in Golf, 9 Holes Classic. Hoping to route for a 2nd overall victory, Macaroni slightly misses his shots in the first hole, but would rebound to approach the hole, going for an Easy Birdie Putt. Quintin, on the other hand, sets himself up for an Eagle by lining his shot up. He clutches a Chip-In early in the game, with an Eagle. Quintin would overtake Macaroni for the moment as they head to the next two holes. Quintin scored his only Amazing Shot in this game.
There were no problems for both players, but a worried Macaroni, fearing his first loss is now, he saw Quintin risk an Albatross for which he lands in the rough. Macaroni plays his shot so safe that he approaches the hole for an Eagle Chance and Easy Putt once again. Quintin from the Rough, surprisingly pulls off another Chip-In Eagle in Hole 3, giving him a -5, pressuring Macaroni’s Patience as they head to the next two holes. In hole 4, they tried to backspin but was not too far away from the hole. Both players putt in successfully for a Birdie.
Holes 5 and 7 Climax! The Shocking Moment!
Hole 5 comes and Macaroni and Quintin played the Safe Route. Macaroni in good shape, manages to get the ball into the green very well, giving the Canadian the Eagle Putt Chance. Quintin on the other hand felt way too off from the green, putting Quintin in a tough Eagle Situation. Wanting to shock Macaroni with a -14, he needed to risk the Eagle Flag Shot to keep the chance alive. He goes for a 3 Wood rather than a Driver in the Process for which he MISSES. He fails miserably that not only his chance was over, but when he took his 4th shot, it lands in the Bunker.
A once worrying Macaroni, now shocked himself after seeing Quintin’s misses, he sees a Bogey arrive at him after missing a Par Chip from the Bunker. It was time for Macaroni’s Comeback for which he Eagles. He rebounds to take a 2 Up Lead once after (13-15 overall) Quintin risking it all to pull a score that was to good to get. Macaroni went to push himself harder than ever to finish the game.
Setting up for a Lock Game:
Macaroni now taking the lead, plays Hole 6 in safe mode as both Quintin and Macaroni putts it in for a Birdie, despite an overpowered slip-up from Quintin. They went on to hole 7, where Macaroni takes the Secret Shortcut which he breezes through, but in the Bunker. Quintin not risking it, decides to take the Normal Fairway. Macaroni immediately called this a bad decision and has costly ended his chances of winning. That came true when Quintin tries the Driver strategy where he had too much power, which puts him away from the hole.
Unable to chip-in for a Birdie, he was not in the Green once more. Macaroni immediately approached the hole for a Birdie, to ultimately play it safe, while Quintin on the other hand, had to putt it in for another Par. This put Quintin 3 Down behind Macaroni. As Hole 8 arrives, with a bad position and wind in play, Macaroni and Quintin swings their shots, far from the hole. Unable to Birdie, they both got a Par after their unsuccessful 2nd shots and putts. Macaroni’s Birdie streak would come to an End but he would secure a Lock in the Final Hole until he passes through Hole 9.
The Conclusion and The Locked Golf Game:
As Hole 9 begins, Macaroni needed to get pass through the Islands. He brings in a Perfect Shot through the first Island, as strong wind was able to assist him. Both Players make it. However, they could not get on the green but are close to the hole. Quintin tries to Chip-In for an Eagle, just for fun, but missed once again. Macaroni decides to putt the ball into the Hole for which was successful. He outsmarted Quintin by winning a 2nd best overall personal record of -11. Quintin finished with a Birdie Putt which brings his final score to -7.
Macaroni has now won 6 STRONG consecutive games over QuintinYT and has not yet fallen to him ever since his only loss so far. Quintin is clearly devastated by the outcome and was hoping to break the streak, but with giving the easy win for Macaroni, he is hoping to strategize as he wants to win over Macaroni for his 2nd time. Meanwhile, Macaroni Mii is surely going to be ready for their next encounter for sure as he tries to go for a record 7th consecutive win over the Pro.
The Head to Head score is now 6 – 1. With 85% of the Wins in Macaroni’s favor. We’ll see how many wins he can get in Golf before he loses to Quintin once more. We wish Quintin all the best of luck, hoping to seek redemption.
