Two More Game Reviews? Rusty’s Real Deal Baseball – Part 2

More Games and how well they work in this Part 2 review of Rusty’s Real Deal Baseball

You saw that right. We are doing a Part 2 of the Baseball Games that are in Rusty’s Real Deal Baseball. In the previous post, we saw two other games and there were some elements from the game we’ve did mentioned. So we did mentioned that there are some very cool games so far, pretty great, aren’t they? These games are no longer on the eShop now but you can still advance through the story without playing the game sadly.

So we wonder what happens if you play from the beginning without the games? Would you only have the Demo Game? Does the game go un-played or do you get it? We have yet to find out. Leave your comments down below if you saw what happened and input your feedback there. Anyways, well we are reviewing two more games on today’s post, so please check them out and see you for yourself, if you were to get the game back then.

Also, what about the video you may ask? Mr B.F.F has still yet to record and re-edit the newest attempt of Drop and Pop since he lost the old footage. Nonetheless, he still has all of the games that we can share for you to read and like! Let’s take a look at the games we will present here today…

Quick Catch – The Real Deal Baseball Game?

Rusty's Real Deal Baseball Quick CatchPin

Quick Catch (A Fielding Type Game) is considered one of the trickiest games that Mr B.F.F had to face. Over the course, he had to experience troubles, including his Circle Pad breaking down. The way it works is that you have to catch the balls with the glove, in this case, the movement and angle follows with the circle pad. The easy levels were breezed through and Mr B.F.F was able to catch perfectly and precisely with no problems. He was awarded A Grade for all of the Easy Levels. In the advanced levels, things had to go harder.

There were more batters to make it more challenging and fun, in our opinion. It only got harder when they continuously pitched faster and faster, making it trickier to catch but to a great peril of damaging the Circle Pad. Though some of the advanced courses were slightly easy, there were times that you couldn’t get it in the first try. Some were a game over in a few rounds, but we let our failure help us improve.

Mr B.F.F avenged the misses by focusing on the ball carefully to catch them all, especially for Challenge 5 – 5 for the last game in Advanced. That considered to be very hard for which he slipped and lost several times. He kept trying which took a few days, considerably, but finally it was time for him to win. He would focus hard to get the 100 points and finish the Mission and the whole Quick Catch Game. Mr B.F.F dominated both Beginner and Advanced levels.

A question you may have, did the Circle Pad sustained damage after the game? Yes it broke down when it could no longer attach to the system. Though Mr B.F.F still was able to catch the balls and complete the challenges even after the Circle Pad is damaged. The damage worsened when we took on Pilotwings Resort. Please be careful when trying to react while using the Circle Pad to catch the Baseballs on Screen.

Thoughts? Is it a game that will be enjoyable for some!

A Fun Rusty’s Real Deal Baseball game or no go to get? It was a tricky and focusing game to play on. It does work on your reaction timing and there are fun ways in this game that challenges you to such as avoiding the spikes and catch without hitting it and so on. However, a game that focuses on the Control Stick and not the buttons, still enjoyable to catch with. We give this game a Thumbs Up of Approval. Do check it out.

Some Gear Games for Fun!

Pin

Gear Games (A Fun Type Game) is a unique game where you have fun with the Baseball Bat and your Ball to do some balancing, hit the ball around and much more. In addition, they also added a Glove Scrubbing game where you have to clean out the dirt and gunk from the gloves… I guess it will take time for us to sell Refurbished Baseball Gloves, you tell me. Even worse for a challenge, spikes are placed where you touch them while cleaning the gloves, you instantly game over. The worst situation I could see.

With the tapping of the Baseball Bat, it even challenges you to turn at an angle, and even get an amount of hits! There are some cool games to get you going physically so get ready to tap just like you would with a real bat! It gets challenging in Advanced mode where there are more harder tasks. You can also get your Glove out and scrub hard because there are also Advanced challenges for that.

A game I recommend? Any thoughts this time?

I don’t play Gear Games that much, but after noticing that you complete the missions, you can decide for yourself. There is in fact no reaction timing or batting to do. It’s a more relaxing game and a way to cool down a little. Only need Gyroscope movement to focus on balancing the ball with the bat or hitting it around. That actually requires you to get up and turn around. Be aware of your surroundings as they say! We would give this game a Thumbs Up but for a slightly easier approach to the game collections it’s up to you to decide whether it’s a No Go or a Yes to get it.

That will wrap up today’s post for now. Feel free to leave a comment about your thoughts, including game and if you want Part 3!
